Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Infrastructure Planner to join our team at VSV WINS INC. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing civil infrastructure plans, focusing on land development projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and design civil engineering plans for land development projects, including grading, drainage, utilities, and roadway design.
  • Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to meet project requirements and deadlines.
  • Ensure designs comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Perform technical calculations and create detailed construction documents.
  • Assist in the permitting process and coordinate with governmental agencies.
  • Review and revise designs based on feedback and project needs.

Requirements:

  • Proven land development design experience, including grading, drainage, and utility design.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) License in the state of California.
  • Proficiency in civil design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D).
  • Strong understanding of local zoning and development regulations.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
