Autonomous ABA Practitioner

Delivering high-quality services as an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support individuals with behavioral challenges, Dragonfly ABA is seeking a compassionate and dedicated professional.

This full-time position requires assessing and treating individuals using evidence-based techniques, developing individualized treatment plans, implementing behavior intervention strategies, and providing training and support to clients and their families.

• Assessment & Intervention Development: Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and design tailored Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
• Direct Service Implementation & Monitoring: Deliver and supervise evidence-based ABA interventions, continuously monitoring client progress and adjusting plans as needed.
• Caregiver & Staff Training: Provide thorough, hands-on training on ABA principles to ensure consistency in behavior management and skill acquisition strategies.
• Ethics & Compliance: Ensure all services meet ethical guidelines and standards established by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB), as well as insurance regulations.
• Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work with professionals to coordinate holistic support for each client, ensuring comprehensive, client-centered care.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with health insurance and regulatory requirements.
