Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive personal care services to residents, including hygiene, grooming, mobility assistance, and elimination support.
  • Assist residents with self-care activities, such as bathing, dressing, and eating, and provide care as needed for those unable to perform these tasks independently.
  • Develop and implement restorative therapy plans under the guidance of therapy professionals to maintain residents' functional abilities.
  • Monitor residents' changing needs and conditions, reporting immediately to nursing staff to ensure timely interventions.
  • Participate actively in residents' plan of care, advocating for their preferences and values, and collaborating with other team members to meet their needs.

In addition to providing exceptional care, you will also:

  • Plan and facilitate social activities that promote residents' psychosocial well-being, creativity, and sense of purpose.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized living environment, adhering to infection control and safety standards.
  • Coordinate with the household homemaker to ensure residents' personal laundry needs are met.
  • Perform other duties as required, consistent with the nature of this role.
