Job Description:

A dynamic Marketing Director is sought to lead the integrated marketing efforts at Concept Schools. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing plans that drive business growth and achieve measurable results.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in marketing leadership roles, with expertise in brand management, digital marketing, and campaign management. Experience working within the educational sector is strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop comprehensive annual strategic marketing and communications plan to raise brand awareness and meet student enrollment targets.

* Collaborate with senior leadership and program directors to set strategies and goals for marketing projects.

* Regularly track and report performance data analytics on marketing efforts.

* Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, such as ROI, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs.

* Supervise and support team members including Copywriter/Editor and Digital Marketing Coordinator.

* Lead cross-functional teams to execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.

* Conduct market research and analysis to inform marketing strategies and tactics.

* Oversee creation and production of marketing collateral, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and messaging.

* Manage company's digital presence, including website content, SEO/SEM, social media platforms, and online advertising campaigns.

* Cultivate and maintain relationships with external partners, agencies, vendors, and industry influencers.

* Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or related field.

* Proven track record of success in marketing leadership roles.

* Three to five years of experience in marketing leadership roles, with demonstrated expertise in brand management, digital marketing, and campaign management.

* Strong analytical skills and proficiency in marketing analytics tools, CRM systems, and digital marketing platforms.

Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
