Job Overview

Fiji Water is seeking a highly skilled Continuous Improvement Manager - Systems Engineering to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for driving manufacturing operational excellence and improving quality of service while balancing financial objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Supply Chain initiatives to drive manufacturing operational excellence and improve quality of service.
  • Conduct plant equipment capacity and reliability analysis to identify improvement initiatives.
  • Build a manufacturing excellence plan to achieve world-class OEE performance.
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to drive the execution of key initiatives.
  • Train and support process owners and operators in the use of data analytics.
  • Update and provide shop floor visibility to key process performance indicators.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement across the organization.
  • Implement upgrades to existing OEE software and build advanced data visualizations.
Requirements
  • BA or BS in Engineering or Supply Chain Management and minimum 5 years relevant experience.
  • Prior experience in global business settings with a proven ability to manage large cross-functional projects.
  • Strong project management skills and experience in implementing and/or improving manufacturing execution systems.
  • Solid understanding of Supply Chain principles and best practices.
  • Passion for creative, out-of-the-box thinking and ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • High level of proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Power BI, Power Apps, and Visio.
  • Knowledge in applying continuous improvement techniques and analytical tools such as Lean Manufacturing, TPM, and Six Sigma.
