Key Responsibilities:

- Provide nursing care to residents in post acute facilities
- Measure and monitor blood pressure and other vital signs

- Support residents with daily living activities such as personal hygiene, mobility, and toileting
- Move residents in and out of wheelchairs and beds, and reposition them as needed

Requirements:

- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift and move residents as needed
