About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Salesforce Technical Leader to join our Amazon Devices Business Development team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving technical strategy and direction for our Salesforce implementations, ensuring alignment with business objectives and driving business value through technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute technical roadmaps for Salesforce implementations
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design and implement complex Salesforce solutions
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and prioritize technical requirements
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and standards
  • Ensure compliance with Amazon's security and data governance policies

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development and technical leadership
  • Proven track record of delivering complex Salesforce solutions
  • Strong technical skills in Salesforce development, architecture, and administration
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect
  • Experience with Amazon's security certification processes
  • Strong knowledge of AWS services and integration with Salesforce
