Key Responsibilities

* Cultivate relationships with in-store management to ensure effective merchandising strategies
* Execute merchandising resets to maximize sales and drive business growth
* Build retail displays that showcase our impulse products and drive customer engagement
* Merchandise impulse items on clip strips and J-hooks to optimize sales
* Implement plan-o-grams to ensure efficient and effective merchandising

Requirements

* 2+ years of experience in merchandising or a related field
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Resides within 20 miles of Lockport, NY
