Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Level 2 Service Desk Technician to join our team at TEKsystems. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide initial troubleshooting and resolution for common issues reported by end-users.
  • Log and track incidents in the Service Desk ticketing system.
  • Identify recurring issues and work with higher-level technicians to implement solutions.
  • Contribute to and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base.
  • Provide remote assistance to end-users using appropriate tools.
  • Effectively communicate with end-users, providing updates on incident status and resolutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of equipment and inventory.
  • Diagnose and resolve minor AV equipment issues.
  • Ensure AV equipment is functioning properly in conference rooms and meeting spaces.
  • Assist with the setup and configuration of AV conference rooms devices.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in computer science or related field.
  • Four (4) years of equivalent experience in the Technology Solutions field.
  • Two years of experience in a technology support position.
