Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Concierge Service Liaison to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for assisting national marquee clients with the At Your Service Model. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

">
  • Assist clients with benefit design packages and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Communicate effectively with clients via multiple channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Provide updates to clients on a regular basis and ensure they are engaged in relevant programs and offerings.
  • Work closely with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional customer service.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.

Other Information

We operate in a hybrid workforce strategy, requiring associates to work at least one day per week in an Elevance Health location. Candidates must reside within 50 miles or a 1-hour commute each way of a relevant Elevance Health location. Additionally, all new candidates in certain patient/member-facing roles are required to become vaccinated against COVID-19.
