Barista - The Hutch

Job Summary:

The Barista at The Hutch is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and preparing specialty coffee drinks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized service to all guests, ensuring a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
• Prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks, maintaining a high level of quality and presentation.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Manage cash handling duties, including counting money and operating a point-of-sale system.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Basic math skills and accuracy with cash handling.
• Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends.
