Role Summary

A Seasonal Sales Associate at Anthropologie contributes to driving sales through providing a genuine and unique experience to each customer. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and working in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Experience
    • Engage with customers in a personalized way, making them feel welcome, heard, and valued.
    • Support a selling environment on the sales floor by connecting with multiple customers and sharing product suggestions.
    • Utilize technology to provide a frictionless customer experience, including transacting in the moment, finding sizes and colors, and placing orders for items not available in store.
  • Teamwork + Communication
    • Build productive relationships with peers, asking for support when needed and making an effort to help others.
    • Participate in the learning and sharing of product knowledge, current trends, and personal styling priorities to inspire customers.
    • Contribute to a positive team morale by participating in store initiatives and highlighting peers and leaders through the SPARKED journal.
    • Provide insights related to the customer and employee experience, communicating feedback to Store Leadership.
  • Visual + Business Operations
    • Understand their contribution to service and selling on every shift, impacting the store's business.
    • Support the shipment process to gain awareness of product, including what's new and what's restock, and contribute to the completion of omni order fulfillment processes while maintaining stock levels of the floor.
    • Maintain Anthropologie's visual and operational standards, keeping the focus on the customer and staying current on merchandising updates.
Requirements
  • Be an Anthropologie brand fan.
  • Have experience in customer service.
  • Be a team player.
  • Be able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Pay Range

Starting from USD $16.50/Hr.
