We are seeking a highly skilled Game Interface Designer to join our team at Escape Velocity Entertainment Inc.

The ideal candidate will have experience in creating visually stunning and polished UI elements that enhance the overall player experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Create high-quality UI assets throughout the development process, from early prototypes to final implementation in the game engine.
  • Work closely with game designers, UX designers, engineers, and other artists to ensure cohesive integration of UI components within the game.
  • Assist in building out the UI Art implementation pipeline and ensure the UI Art is built for optimal performance, scalability, and responsiveness across platforms.
  • Deliver innovative visual solutions to enhance the user experience and interface design.
  • Flag new and emerging design patterns or systems to the UI Art Lead.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated ability to create visually stunning and polished UI elements that enhance the overall player experience.
  • Ability to effectively communicate design concepts and collaborate with cross-functional teams, incorporating feedback and iterating on designs.
  • Expertise in industry-standard tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other UI/UX design applications.
  • Ability to work quickly and effectively in a fast-paced environment; be flexible and adaptable when faced with ambiguity; contribute to shipping product team features on time and to quality.
Benefits:

We offer an estimated salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year based on location and experience.
