Clinical Laboratory Specialist

Located in Southeastern Massachusetts, a leading not-for-profit healthcare system is seeking a qualified Medical Technologist or Medical Laboratory Technician to join their team on a permanent and full-time basis. The ideal candidate will possess a BS or AS degree in Medical Laboratory Technology/Technician or a related field and hold ASCP or AMT Certification.
The selected professional will be responsible for performing tests across various clinical areas, including blood bank, microbiology, hematology, chemistry, serology, coagulation, and urinalysis. In addition to technical expertise, the successful applicant will demonstrate excellent communication and teamwork skills to ensure seamless collaboration with colleagues.
A highly competitive pay rate of $65,000 - $85,000 per annum is being offered, along with a sign-on bonus. Furthermore, this facility provides an attractive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, retirement plans, tuition reimbursement, and more.
