We are seeking a skilled Engineer I to join our team at The Ritz-Carlton Residences. As a member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of service quality and ensuring that all guest rooms and public areas are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance and repair, with experience in plumbing, electrical work, and general maintenance tasks. You will be responsible for responding to guest repair requests, performing routine maintenance tasks, and ensuring that all equipment and tools are properly maintained.

A successful Engineer I must be able to communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and management to resolve maintenance issues and provide exceptional customer service. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities, including daily logs of operation and safety activities.
