Job Description

Lift Solutions Holdings, LLC seeks a highly motivated and results-driven Industrial Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of two branches in Putnam, CT and North Haven, CT. This role will be responsible for driving revenue growth and profitability while maintaining a strong safety culture.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving operational targets and budgets, with experience in managing fabrication warehouses, inventory management, and staff performance. Strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and decision-making abilities are essential for this role.

Responsibilities
  • Operations Management: Achieve operational goals and targets, overseeing the activities and performance of the operations teams, and ongoing training of the operations and customer service teams.
  • Safety Culture: Maintain a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, conducting monthly safety meetings, and promoting a culture of safety, quality, and customer service focus.
  • Team Leadership: Provide input to company leadership on specific plans, reports, and analysis for growth, performance management of team members by coaching, mentoring, motivating, assessing strengths and weaknesses, reviewing, evaluating, and proactively train, develop, and improve.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory by conducting weekly cycle counts/annual physical inventory, and continually develop technical and professional knowledge by attending workshops, seminars, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional trade associations.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor's Degree from a four-year university or equivalent work experience.
  • Rigging Industry Experience—Highly Preferred.
  • Results Driven and Goal Oriented.
  • Proven track record of meeting and/or exceeding operational and profit goals.
  • Strong decision-making abilities and leadership skills.
  • Proficient at recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and training staff members.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Critical thinker.
  • Skillful with Microsoft Office Suite.
Salary Estimate:

We estimate the salary for this position to be around $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
