$90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team. In this role, you will assess patient needs, develop individualized treatment plans, and work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Duties and Responsibilities
* Assess patient needs and develop comprehensive treatment plans
* Conduct thorough evaluations and document patient progress
* Work closely with nursing staff, patients, and families to promote patient independence
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to regulatory standards

Qualifications
* Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or Bachelor's degree with 5 years of direct practice experience
* Current licensure/certification in the state of practice
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
