Tax Advisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Advisor to join our team at H&R Block. As a Tax Advisor, you will play a critical role in providing expert tax guidance and support to our clients.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their tax needs and provide personalized solutions.
• Conduct tax interviews and prepare tax returns for individuals and small businesses.
• Provide tax planning and audit support to clients throughout the year.
• Identify opportunities to sell additional products and services to clients.
• Stay up-to-date with tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance and provide expert advice to clients.

• 5+ years of tax experience.
• Experience completing individual tax returns and tax planning.
• Ability to effectively communicate with clients in person and virtually.
• Comfort working with virtual tools and technology.
• Successful completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment or equivalent.
