About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Security Officer to join our team at Allied Universal. This role involves providing top-notch security services, safeguarding personnel, property, and sensitive information with professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular patrols within and around the facility on foot, bicycle, or vehicle to ensure the protection of people, assets, and classified information.
  • Greet guests and employees, and escort visitors and contractors to secure entry and exit points.
  • Follow site-specific performance manuals and post orders, reporting safety concerns, security breaches, and unusual circumstances via written and oral communication to client and/or other security personnel.
  • Respond to and assess security alarms or emergency alarms, and act as a first responder in emergency situations.

About You:

  • You must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
  • You must have a Department of Defense (DoD) position-appropriate level security clearance.
  • You should have one or more of the following: minimum three years of security experience on a DoD-cleared site, prior military experience, effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills, exceptional customer service skills, and intermediate computer skills.
