Job Summary

As a Customer Service Ambassador at Country Inn & Suites, you will be the face of our hotel, ensuring that every guest has a superior experience from check-in to check-out. You will work closely with our team to provide exceptional customer care, exceeding guest expectations and ensuring complete satisfaction prior to departure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain an accurate inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments.
  • Process same-day and future reservations, as well as cancellations, in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Complete daily checklists to ensure seamless operations.
  • Provide guests with information on room locations, types, and rates.
  • Register arriving guests, assign rooms, and coordinate room status updates with the housekeeping department.
  • Coordinate guest room maintenance work with the engineering and maintenance division.
  • Utilize persuasive selling techniques to promote hotel services and rooms.
  • Stay informed about daily activities and meetings within the hotel.
  • Report any unusual occurrences or requests to the manager or assistant manager.
  • Manage and resolve guest complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Process guest check-outs and handle monetary transactions.
  • Maintain customer confidentiality and adhere to a high level of professional appearance and demeanor.
