Customer Retention Consultant

SimpliSafe is a high-tech home security company dedicated to protecting lives and careers. We're seeking an experienced Customer Retention Consultant to join our team, helping customers stay safe and secure in their homes.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales or customer retention, with the ability to consistently meet and exceed individual metrics. Comfort with technology and excellent communication skills are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities- Develop personalized monitoring solutions for customers via inbound phone calls, ensuring their safety and security needs are met.
- Apply feedback from coaches and leaders to continuously improve performance and achieve high-quality results.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and leadership, using exemplary interpersonal skills to drive success.
- Comfortably work with technology and provide technical assistance for basic consumer electronics and software, enhancing the customer experience.
- 2+ years of proven success in a sales or customer retention role.
- Proven ability to consistently meet and exceed individual metrics, demonstrating a strong work ethic and drive to contribute to company goals.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to help customers understand why SimpliSafe is right for them, showcasing a great understanding of the product.
- A strong commitment to customer happiness and satisfaction, prioritizing timely issue resolution.
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment, leveraging excellent time management skills.
- A positive, can-do attitude and eagerness for continuous improvement.
- A track record of investing in developing others and helping others succeed, fostering a collaborative approach.
- Strong commitment to Lean & Nimble principles, working with agility and efficiency to experiment in an often-ambiguous environment.
This role starts at $21.50 per hour, offering exciting benefits and opportunities for growth and development.
