Job Description:

The Host/Server Assistant Lead plays a critical role in creating an exceptional dining experience for our guests. As the first point of contact, this individual sets the tone for a memorable visit by greeting guests warmly, seating them promptly, and ensuring a smooth handoff to the service staff.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a clean and organized lobby area, adhering to our high standards of safety and sanitation.
  • Coordinate the waitlist efficiently, communicating with guests and staff to minimize wait times.
  • Provide attentive and genuine service to guests, making recommendations and upselling products as needed.
  • Answer phone calls professionally and direct them to the appropriate staff member or department.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve excellent customer satisfaction ratings and maintain a positive atmosphere.

Requirements:

  • Able to lift and/or move up to 30 pounds, work in hot and cold environments, and stand for long periods.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on teamwork and guest satisfaction.
  • Responsible Beverage Service Certification (RBS) required for California-based positions, which can be completed during training or within 60 days of employment.
