We are looking for a skilled Cloud Learning Content Developer to join our team at Google. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain technical learning content and curricula for various cloud roles.

About the Job

You will translate technical content into learning content and curricula, leveraging your expertise in cloud computing technologies and learning development tools and principles.

With a strong understanding of instructional design, you will create engaging and effective training materials that meet the needs of our customers.

As a Cloud Learning Content Developer, you will collaborate with cross-functional subject-matter experts and partners to drive innovation and excellence in our training programs.

Responsibilities
  • Design and develop creative learner-centered training content and curriculum in multiple modalities.
  • Collaborate with subject-matter experts and partners to develop training content and curricula.
  • Perform needs and task analysis, scope projects, and evaluate existing documentation to identify the most appropriate training approach and content.
  • Be responsive to the fluid nature of innovation and analyze content in a structured manner.
Requirements
  • 4 years of experience with cloud computing technologies, including infrastructure as a service (IaaS), platform as a service (PaaS), DevOps practices, and automation tools.
  • 4 years of experience in collaborating with technical subject matter experts to develop training content and curricula.
  • Experience with Camtasia, Articulate Rise, Adobe Captivate, or similar e-learning development tools.
  • Knowledge of and direct experience with security cloud computing technologies, including DevSecOps practices, cloud security monitoring tools, cloud threat intelligence and analysis tools, and cloud identity and access solutions.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary range for this full-time position is $129,000-$191,000 + bonus + equity + benefits.
