{"h1": "Senior Product Designer, Trading", "p": "At theScore, we're looking for a skilled Senior Product Designer to join our Trading team. As a key member of our design team, you'll play a crucial part in enabling our betting business units through elegant and powerful iterations and expansions to our backend tools.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

* Working closely with other product designers, product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to contribute to the product roadmap and lead the team in solving user problems from ideation to execution.

* Following our double-diamond design playbook and various frameworks such as Jobs to Be Done (JTBD) to create user flows, journey maps, wireframes, hi-fi's etc.

* Shipping aesthetically pleasing user interfaces that delight and add value to our internal teams.

* Leveraging and evolving our design system in order to make our design team more efficient.

* Effectively communicating and articulating your thoughts on your designs and processes in order to justify your design decisions.

* Being open and receptive to feedback, exploring iterations, and providing objective feedback for other product designers.

* Being a strong advocate of our design process and working closely with partners in UXR and Design Ops.

* Always thinking about how to improve team and organizational processes.

We're looking for someone with a strong portfolio showing their process of working through full end-to-end experiences, design thinking, and using research to drive decisions. You should have experience working cross-functionally in order to discover user problems and frame them to work on the right impactful solutions.

**What We're Looking For From You**

* A strong portfolio showing your process of working through full end-to-end experiences, design thinking, and using research to drive decisions.

* Experience working cross-functionally in order to discover user problems and frame them to work on the right impactful solutions.

* Comfort working autonomously and proactively, while also knowing when to bring others in to move things forward quickly.

* Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills, and you're always considering the business side of design to further the strategy of the company.

* Proficiency in design tools such as Figma.

* An excellent understanding of iOS and Android patterns and conventions.

Nice to have: comfort with advanced prototyping platforms and tools (Framer, Origami).

Nice to have: Front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
