Job Description

We seek a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Deputy Director of Operations and Administration. This senior leadership position requires strong leadership skills, strategic planning abilities, and a proven track record of operations management and business development.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and improve operational practices
  • Allocate resources and materials to meet project deadlines
  • Track and forecast operational trends and analysis
  • Provide daily operations oversight for outside teams
  • Formalize policies and procedures in accordance with HR, HIPAA, and other contractual regulations
  • Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of various departments within the organization
  • Ensure the organization meets its goals and objectives
  • Assist the Director in decision-making processes and grant deliverables
  • Assist the Director in developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve organizational goals
  • Supervise staff members, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement effective solutions
  • Manage and oversee projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budgetary constraints
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including peers, clients, partners, and vendors
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with external parties to support business development efforts
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities for growth

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in operations or related fields
  • Strong project management skills
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Strong background in strategic planning, operations management, and business development
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Proficient in project management tools and software
  • Follow-up and follow-through skills

Experience/Education Qualifications:

  1. Associate degree with five years of experience in a relevant field or Bachelor's degree with 3 years of experience
  2. Proven experience in senior leadership roles, preferably as a Deputy Director or similar position

Compensation:

The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
