Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Coordinator to join our team at Henry Ford Health System. This role offers an excellent opportunity to provide leadership in the coordination and delivery of quality patient care.

About the Role:

In this position, you will be responsible for utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation to provide, delegate, supervise, and document care and teaching of patients and family members. Effective communication with the healthcare team is crucial in this role, as you will need to communicate pertinent patient/family information to ensure seamless care coordination.

You will participate in finding solutions for variances from patient goals and ensure implementation of solutions. Your clinical knowledge and analytical abilities will be essential in formulating effective nursing care plans within the unit/department to which staff is assigned.

Responsibilities:

Henry Ford Health System offers a competitive salary range for this position, estimated to be between $85,000 and $115,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
