Worship and Discipleship Pastor

We are seeking a dynamic and spiritually gifted individual to serve as our Pastor of Worship and Discipleship. This role is responsible for providing leadership and vision for our corporate worship services and adult discipleship programs.

• Provide strategic planning and leadership for worship services and special events.
• Recruit and equip volunteers to facilitate discipleship opportunities for adults.
• Develop and implement policies and processes to guide the ministries of the church.
• Cast vision for worship services and lead the development of musicians and audio/visual technicians.
• Provide discipleship opportunities for the spiritual growth of worship team volunteers.
• Manage the development of an annual budget for the worship ministry and oversee spending.

• Minimum 1-3 years of ministry experience and/or a background in music.
• Possession of a Bachelor's Degree in music ministry, general Bible, or similar.
• Proven track record of Christ-like character, effective servant-leadership, and a focus on reaching the ONE and discipling the 99.
