Key Responsibilities

As a Desktop Support Technician at Insight Global, you will be responsible for providing technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network issues. This includes installing, configuring, and maintaining desktop and laptop computers, peripherals, and mobile devices, as well as managing user accounts and permissions through Active Directory.

Technical Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in desktop support or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of Windows 10/11 and troubleshooting desktop related issues.
  • Experience in configuring, and troubleshooting computer hardware components.
  • Proficiency in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Office 365 applications.
  • Familiarity with networking.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator).
