About the RoleWe're seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead new business development for a U.S. territory, focusing on major Channel Partners. This is an exciting opportunity to drive growth, build strong relationships, and contribute to our mission of simplifying compliance and credentialing.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute territory plans to achieve sales targets and expand market reach.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact to closing contracts, ensuring exceptional customer experience.
- Collaborate with technical staff, marketing, and partner companies to deliver value-added solutions.
- Strategize and innovate to optimize sales cycles and improve sales performance.
- 2-4 years of successful SaaS SMB new business sales experience, with a proven track record of over-quota achievement.
- 1+ year of experience selling new business SaaS solutions to healthcare organizations.
- A consultative approach to problem-solving and navigating complex sales environments.
- Adaptability, organization, and proficiency with tools like Salesforce, Slack, and Excel.
- Channel sales experience a plus, but not required.
The estimated salary for this role is $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you'll have opportunities for professional growth and development within our dynamic team.
