Intensive Care Nursing Fellowship

Swedish Health Services is seeking highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our Intensive Care (ICU) Fellowship program. As a RN Fellow, you will have the opportunity to develop your expertise in critical care nursing and become a valuable member of our team.

Program Overview

Our ICU Fellowship program is designed to provide RNs with the foundation and support necessary to excel in their new specialty. Through a combination of structured curriculum, simulation, and authentic patient experiences guided by preceptors, you will gain the knowledge and skills required to succeed in this challenging and rewarding field.

Requirements

To be eligible for this program, you must have:

  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program
  • Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
  • National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association within 6 months of hire
  • 1 year of nursing experience (new to specialty)
