Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Director to lead our outpatient Behavioral Health Services Organization in Paintsville, KY. This is a full-time position that requires a strong background in leadership and administrative roles.

About the Role

The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day operations of our organization, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to individuals with severe mental illness. The ideal candidate will have experience working with mental health clients and possess excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee leadership and administrative roles
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to achieve organizational goals
  • Collaborate with staff to ensure quality service delivery
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required

Requirements

  • Masters degree in a relevant field (required)
  • At least 3 years of experience working with mental health clients (preferred)
  • Valid driver's license (required)
  • Able to relocate to Cynthiana, KY before starting work (required)

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, the successful candidate will enjoy a flexible schedule, Monday to Friday, with no nights or weekend shifts.
