Meda Health, a leading healthcare provider, seeks an experienced Nurse Healthcare Specialist to fill a challenging Med Surg role in Wilmington, North Carolina. About the Role:This is a 13-week contract position that requires working 36 hours per week on a 12-hour night shift schedule. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent patient care and contributing to the smooth operation of our healthcare facility.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver high-quality patient care in a fast-paced Med Surg environment
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective patient care plans
- Conduct thorough assessments, administer medications, and provide emotional support to patients and families
As a valued member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary package based on 12-hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week. This includes a tax-free stipend amount to be determined. Requirements:To be considered for this exciting opportunity, candidates must have:
- A current RN license and relevant experience in Med Surg care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
