Regulatory Affairs and Policy Specialist

Job Summary:
The Head of Compliance Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing compliance programs to ensure that Kith meets all legal, regulatory, and ethical standards globally.
This includes overseeing global testing requirements, managing social and ethical factory compliance through audits, and ensuring adherence to internal policies and external regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, conduct, and oversee factory audits to ensure compliance with social and ethical standards.
- Design and implement compliance programs focused on labor practices, environmental impact, and ethical sourcing.
- Develop and deliver training programs to educate factory managers and workers on compliance standards and ethical practices.
- Compile audit reports, highlight areas of non-compliance, and recommend corrective actions.
- Work with factories to develop and implement corrective action plans and ensure continuous improvement in compliance standards.
- Develop, update, and enforce compliance policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential compliance risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure the company complies with all relevant local, national, and international laws and regulations.
- Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Prepare and present compliance reports to senior management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in compliance management, with a significant portion in a global or multinational company.
- In-depth knowledge of global testing requirements, social and ethical compliance standards, and regulatory environments.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Proficient in using compliance management software and tools.
