Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled TeamCenter Admin/Developer to join our team at CSEngineering. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting multiple instances of the Teamcenter application, performing maintenance, patching, and upgrades to the core Siemens Teamcenter application, and configuring interfaces/integrations of third-party tools to Teamcenter.

Key Responsibilities
  • Application Support: Provide technical support for multiple instances of Teamcenter, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
  • System Maintenance: Perform regular maintenance tasks, such as patching and upgrading the Teamcenter application, to ensure optimal performance and security.
  • Interface Configuration: Configure interfaces/integrations of third-party tools to Teamcenter, ensuring seamless data exchange and integration.
  • Network Performance: Monitor and analyze network performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to optimize network efficiency.
  • System Monitoring: Perform regular system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of hardware, network, and server resources and systems.
  • Log Review: Review system and application logs, verifying completion of scheduled jobs, including system backups.
  • Resource Management: Analyze network and server resource consumption, controlling user access and ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Software Installation: Install and upgrade software, maintaining software licenses and ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Client-Side Support: Provide support for client-side application software installation and configuration of the Teamcenter PLM Rich Access Client (RAC).
  • Troubleshooting: Provide troubleshooting support using application logs and Windows logs, resolving issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the team, attending and contributing in Teams collaboration meetings for new requirements, troubleshooting/diagnosis, monitoring, and server-side application support.
  • Documentation: Assist with documenting processes and procedures, keeping documentation updated and accurate.
Requirements
  • Security Clearance: Must have a Secret clearance.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or master's degree in any discipline.
  • Experience: Must have working experience with Teamcenter.
  • Skills: Self-motivated with a high level of ownership, able to manage personnel and provide guidance to a team where appropriate. Excellent conversational skills and ability to deliver on time with quality. Flexible and adaptable in regard to learning and understanding new technologies, knowledge, and experience with full SDLC lifecycle. Experience with Lean / Agile development methodologies.
