Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Millwright to join our team at Collins. As a Millwright, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of manufacturing systems and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Install, maintain, and repair mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
  2. Read blueprints, instruction manuals, and schematics to understand equipment specifications.
  3. Perform troubleshooting and repair of equipment and systems.
  4. Document work order progress using the company's maintenance tracking system.
  5. Clean and maintain working areas and equipment.

Requirements:

  • Two years of previous experience in a related field or successful completion of the Millwright Trainee program.
  • Proficient abilities in welding, cutting, fitting, lubrication, and component maintenance.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and basic understanding of pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
  • Ability to follow all company, state, and federal safety rules.

Work Environment: The Millwright will work in a manufacturing environment and may be exposed to dust, noise, and variable temperatures and weather conditions.
