Job Summary:

As a Custodial/Maintenance Technician at McDonald's, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers and employees. Your duties will include:

  • Filtering oil fryers daily to ensure food safety and quality
  • Cleaning equipment, windows, stock rooms, and restrooms to maintain a high level of cleanliness
  • Unloading delivery trucks twice a week to ensure timely receipt of supplies
  • Taking out and emptying the trash compactor to maintain a clean and odor-free environment
  • Changing light bulbs and cleaning HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris to ensure a safe and efficient working environment


Requirements:

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
• High school diploma or equivalent required
