The successful candidate will be a dedicated clinician looking to work within a vibrant academic environment where active teaching and mentoring of Nephrology fellows, Internal Medicine residents and medical students is strongly encouraged. Temple University Hospital is a 750-bed hospital with robust critical care services, a high volume emergency department, kidney and other solid organ transplantation programs and nephro-pathology services. Outpatient nephrology services are conducted on-campus and at several local dialysis clinics, where all home therapies are encouraged and growing. Job Qualifications:
- MD, DO or foreign equivalent;
- Board Certified/Eligible in Nephrology
- Successful completion of an ACGME accredited IM Residency and Nephrology Fellowship prior to start date.
- Eligibility for unrestricted medical licensure and DEA in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
- Expertise in managing large databases and interest in glomerular diseases desirable, but not required.
