SmileKeepers is seeking a dental coordinator to work at our health center office and administrative office in the Columbia River Gorge area. This full-time opportunity requires making outbound phone calls to schedule appointments, verify insurance information, and assist with other administrative tasks.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in front office settings, be proficient in computer systems (QSI/Denticon), and possess excellent communication skills to interact with patients and third-party providers.

To succeed in this role, you must be knowledgeable about various insurance plans, able to monitor patient progress, and maintain accurate records of treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Discuss treatment options with patients, establish schedules, and prepare financial arrangements
  • Monitor patient progress and report status to attending doctors and enter treatment plans into the computer system
  • Manage consultation reports and progress tracking

Requirements:

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
  • Previous front office experience
  • Computer literacy and QSI/Denticon experience preferred
  • Outbound calling experience beneficial
