Welcome to Skytop Lodge, a premier resort destination in the heart of Pennsylvania. We are seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our Dining Services team as Busser/Server Assistants.

About the Role:

  • As a Busser/Server Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our guests have an exceptional dining experience. Your primary responsibilities will include setting up dining areas before service, cleaning and resetting tables, lifting and carrying trays, and providing excellent bread and water service.
  • You will also be responsible for vacuuming and mopping floors, checking out with a supervisor before leaving, and assisting in the kitchen expo position by taking food from the kitchen to the guests.

Requirements:

  • You must be at least 16 years of age and possess a flexible schedule to meet the needs of our resort. We offer part-time, full-time, and seasonal positions, making it an ideal opportunity for students, professionals, or those looking for a change of pace.
  • As a member of our team, you must be able to work long hours on your feet, lift and carry trays weighing up to 50 pounds, and navigate various serving areas throughout the resort.
  • In addition to physical demands, you will also need to be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, communicating effectively with servers and other staff members, and maintaining a safe working environment despite potential hazards such as spills, grease, broken glassware, and hot food or beverages.

Salary Information:

The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately $23,328, based on a 20-hour workweek and an average gratuity rate of 10%. This figure does not include tips, bonuses, or overtime pay, which can significantly increase your earning potential.
