Job Description

Summary

The Sales Effectiveness Manager is responsible for overseeing key sales functions to ensure seamless collaboration. This role involves planning, reporting, management, sales process optimization, program implementation, and administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct and oversee the organization's sales processes, training, and initiatives
  • Develop internal and external communication plans, including a comprehensive playbook of best practices for account managers
  • Develop reports and insights to drive business growth
  • Assess and recommend optimal sales design and organization structure, coverage, and productivity improvement

Requirements:

  • Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive, or relevant role
  • Proven sales track record
  • Experience in customer support is a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, Hubspot, MS Dynamics)
  • Market knowledge
  • Communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build rapport
  • Time management and planning skills
  • BSc/BA in business administration, sales, or relevant field

Work Environment:

Office and warehouse environments

Physical demands may include but are not limited to:

Moderate walking, standing, and/or climbing; light lifting and carrying, stooping, bending, kneeling, and reaching. Must be able to lift a minimum of 30 lbs.

Travel:

Moderate to heavy
