About the Role

Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of patient/client medications, supplies, and equipment
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients in the healthcare industry
• Collaborate with external partners to resolve customer service issues
• Maintain patient records and ensure accurate data entry

Requirements
• 1 year of experience in a related field
• Proficiency in Spanish, Russian, Chinese, Korean, Bengali, or Hindi
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
