**About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Supervisor to join our team in Crossville, IL. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supervising and instructing crew members in the performance of job duties.

**Job Summary

This is a full-time position that requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in the industrial cleaning industry. The successful candidate will have strong knowledge in the operation of equipment used in service lines and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**Key Responsibilities

* Supervise and instruct crew members in the performance of job duties* Schedule jobs and crews as needed* Dispatch crews based on calls received* Read work orders and ensure all required equipment is available and operational prior to starting the job* Inspect equipment and general work area prior to starting any job* Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on equipment when required* Train technicians, operators, and forepersons on-the-job in equipment operation, service line processes, and necessary paperwork* Operate all necessary equipment in the downstream service line (hydro-blasting, blasting, and vacuum) in accordance with operation training and safety procedures* Perform other duties as assigned

**Requirements

* Minimum 2 or more years of verifiable service within the industrial cleaning industry* CDL A or B preferred* Strong knowledge in the operation of equipment used in service lines* Strong communication and interpersonal skills* Current certification as an authorized Company driver* Mechanical aptitude and experience in troubleshooting equipment are preferred* High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience
