Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registrar to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing proficient and competent care to patients, while maintaining their sense of comfort and dignity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greeting and Registration
    • Greet all patients and visitors in a warm and welcoming manner
    • Register patients and obtain necessary information
  • Patient Care
    • Provide proficient and competent care to patients
    • Maintain patient confidentiality and dignity
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Distribute mail and packages as instructed
    • Perform day-to-day administrative tasks, including data entry and filing
  • Communication
    • Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries
    • Communicate effectively with patients, visitors, and staff members
  • Teamwork
    • Work collaboratively with other staff members to achieve team goals
    • Support colleagues during busy periods

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Education and Experience
    • High school diploma or equivalent required
    • Previous experience in a healthcare or administrative setting preferred
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Proficient in computer applications, including email and Microsoft Office
  • Personal Qualities
    • Compassionate and empathetic towards patients and visitors
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
