Sales Position
We are seeking an accomplished sales leader to drive our sales strategy on a global scale. Reporting to the Business Unit Manager, the DVP of Global Sales and Business Development will be responsible for developing and executing the global sales strategy, leading a high-performing sales team, and driving revenue growth across multiple regions.

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will lead the global sales organization to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual objectives, maximizing order volume, profitability, and market penetration through effective administration, management, and sales strategies. Additionally, they will establish department goals, plans, and metrics aligned with business objectives, ensure proper use of E-Commerce, CRM, and other sales tools, and maintain awareness of the external and internal competitive landscape.

Requirements
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 15 years of industry sales management experience, including new business development activities, direct customer interactions, acquisitions and procurement processes, competitive assessments, strategic planning, and employee management. They must possess excellent leadership skills, superior presentation, written and verbal communication skills, decision-making, problem-solving, and organizational skills. In-depth knowledge of capital equipment selling/purchasing is also required.

Salary and Benefits
This senior-level position offers a highly competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Additional benefits include comprehensive health insurance, retirement plan, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
