Job Summary

This position is responsible for providing support to clients, sales managers, account executives, and brokers regarding claim, billing, membership, or other types of inquiries and requests. The successful candidate will utilize available resources to ensure a superior level of account and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective support to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Analyze and resolve claim, billing, and membership-related issues.
  • Develop and maintain lasting relationships with internal and external customers.
  • Communicate clearly and concisely through written and verbal means.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and 2 years of experience in the dental, ancillary, or healthcare benefit industry, or 6 years of business experience with 2 years in sales support, marketing, business analysis, or customer service.
  • Experience in building and maintaining relationships with internal and external customers.
  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, team player, and customer-focused.

Compensation and Benefits
