Engineering Director

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our engineering function, providing management of station needs and regulatory requirements. The successful candidate will manage the performance and development of assigned engineering personnel, focusing on high-quality engineering results and contributing to site and corporate objectives.

• Manage the engineering function, ensuring compliance with station needs and regulatory requirements.
• Directly and through subordinates, fulfill engineering and technical leadership accountability for short-term and long-term programs impacting site operations.
• Participate in business planning, budgeting, and business performance reviews regarding assigned staff.
• Collaborate as a senior resource on NGG-wide programs and initiatives, enhancing engineering systems and processes.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Licensed Professional Engineer with 10+ years of engineering experience.
• Professional Engineering Registration, advanced technical degree, or MBA.
• Minimum 5 years of related experience with commercial or military nuclear power plant or other utility experience.
• Demonstrated technical leadership, teamwork, and accountability for achieving positive results.
