Residential Transition Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic Residential Transition Specialist to join our team at Cedarbrook Senior Living. This role is responsible for ensuring a seamless transition process for new residents, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a smooth flow of operations.

Responsibilities- Move-In Process: Oversee all aspects of the move-in process to ensure a smooth transition for new residents.
- Welcoming New Residents: Welcome new residents to the community, provide orientation, and introduce them to the community ambassador.
- Assisting with Transition: Assist incoming residents with all facets of transition and move to the property, including providing keys, emergency fobs, and general information.
- Lease Signing and Renewal: Conduct lease signing and renewal signing with residents/families.
- Data Collection: Collect insurance cards and medical information upon admission and as needed.
- Nursing Coordination: Coordinate and support nursing with complete documentation for new Assisted Living and Memory Care Residents.
- Apartment Preparation: Coordinate the refurbishing, cleaning, and inspection of apartments after move-out and before move-in with the Director of Building Services.
- Scheduling: Schedule move-in, move-out dates, and on-site transfers with the management team.
- Information Distribution: Provide a detailed calendar for all departments as resident and apartment changes are made.
- Food and Nutrition: Provide food preference sheets and photographs of new residents to the Food and Nutrition team.
- Communication: Communicate incoming residents' special needs or requirements to the appropriate members of the leadership team.
- System Updates: Ensure all information has been entered in the respective systems for a smooth transition from the sales and marketing team to the daily operations team.
- Support: Assist the sales and marketing department with production reports and correspondence as needed.
- Education: Bachelor's or Associate degree or equivalent experience is required.
- Experience: Two-year minimum experience of Sales and Marketing support or customer service experience in a Senior Living community is preferred.

Estimated Salary:$45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
