**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Behavioral Health team in Columbus, GA. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with colleagues to ensure the best possible outcomes.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Deliver exceptional nursing care to patients on our Behavioral Health unit.
  • Facilitate goal-oriented care using the nursing process and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
  • Maintain effective relationships with other departments and shifts.
  • Participate in educational initiatives and support the development of nursing practices.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (Associate's degree accepted with relevant experience).
  • Minimum 1.5 years of psychiatric/behavioral health bedside experience.
  • Active Georgia RN license or multi-state/compact RN license.
  • Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; "Handle with Care" or CPI certification within 90 days of hire preferred; ACLS preferred.
  • Strong critical thinking, decisive judgment, and ability to work under minimal supervision in a high-stress environment.
