Dishware Specialist

Nineteen Twenty Four Nashville is seeking a skilled Dishware Specialist to join our team.

We're looking for someone who can work efficiently and maintain a clean environment at all times. This includes sweeping, squeegeeing, and managing the three-bin system.

The ideal candidate will be able to follow directions and communicate effectively with our small staff. They should also be organized and able to develop a system that meets our needs.

We require candidates to have open availability and be willing to work collaboratively as part of our team. They must also be able to stand for at least 8 hours and lift at least 50 pounds.

Salary: $42,000 per year

• Operate dishwashing equipment and ensure it is maintained in good working order
• Manage chemicals and supplies as needed
• Develop a system for organizing and storing dishes and utensils
• Communicate regularly with chefs and other kitchen staff about their station
