">Key Responsibilities:
">- Deliver high-quality pest control services to residential properties, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Operate and maintain company vehicles, hand tools, and power equipment safely and efficiently.
- Work effectively as part of a team, communicating clearly and respectfully with colleagues and customers.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with industry best practices and advancements.
- Meet or exceed performance targets, including sales, customer satisfaction, and safety standards.
Requirements and Qualifications:
">- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in entomology or related field preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in pest control or related field, with a strong focus on customer service and technical skills.
- Certification in pest management (e.g., BCE, WRT) and a valid driver's license.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds, bend, and stand for extended periods.
